WILLIAM J. BUCKLEY

WILLIAM J. Buckley is a partner at Schenck,

Price, Smith & King, LLP, which has offices in New Jersey and New York. His practice is concentrated in the areas of medical malpractice, professional malpractice, general liability and product liability.

Buckley is an experienced trial attorney and has extensive experience representing clients in both the state and federal courts of

New Jersey. He has significant experience representing various professionals in connection with state administrative hearings and investigation.

Buckley is a frequent lecturer for various professional groups, addressing issues of risk management and avoiding malpractice litigation.

Since 2019, Buckley has been recognized by

New Jersey Super Lawyers. He was also included on the list of Morris/Essex Health & Life magazine’s 2019, 2020 and 2021 Top Lawyers in Health Care Law.

Buckley earned a BS from Villanova University, and a JD from New York Law School. He is married with three children.
