ELINOR LEARY

ELINOR Leary is the team leader of the Leary Trial Team at The Veen Firm, PC, in San Francisco. She and her team handle complex cases that involve life-altering injuries or death.

Leary has expertise helping construction workers, laborers, truck drivers, union members and other professionals and their families. Her cases have involved worksite injuries, defective products, dangerous property conditions, negligent security, and car and truck collisions.

Leary thrives in the courtroom, and enjoys teaching trial advocacy to law students and practicing attorneys.

She has been recognized by Northern California Super Lawyers since 2014, and Best Lawyers in America since 2016. She has been honored with the Consumer Attorneys of California Presidential Award of Merit, as well as pro bon service awards from her state bar.

Leary earned a BA from American University, and a JD from University of San Francisco School of Law.

Married with two children, her Irish ancestry stems from Co. Cork four generations back. She is a proud member of the United Irish Cultural Center and the Irish American Bar Association of Northern California.
