JULIA B. NOLAN

JULIA B. Nolan is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich. During law school, she worked as a law clerk for the firm. She also spent a summer serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Prior to law school, Nolan managed auto and general liability commercial claims for a national insurance company.

She was a presenter at the Zen of the Defense hosted by the Institute of Strategic Educational Partners in June of 2020, and a presenter at Asbestos Update – General Overview and Hot Topics hosted by the Institute of Strategic Educational Partners in October of 2019.

Nolan earned a BA from Loyola University Maryland, and a JD from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.

Nolan’s maternal grandparents came from counties Clare and Mayo. Her paternal grandmother was from Clare.

She is vice president of the Brehon Law Society of Philadelphia, and a member of the Commodore Barry Arts and Cultural Center and the Ireland Funds.

The father of three children, O’Brien’s great great grandparents John O’Brien and Bridget Donovan emigrated from Fethard, Co. Tipperary in 1854.
