MATTHEW D. Tully is an attorney at Tully & Associates in Chicago. Tully is a second generation Irish American whose grandparents came from Killasser, Swinford, Co. Mayo. He is a board member of both the Celtic Legal Society and the Irish Fellowship Club of Chicago.
